Two girls starting small to save the planet one spoon at a time. Inspired by nature and how the Areca Palm tree gives the wonderful option to use its discarded leaves to make a real change in this world.

Why Areca Palm Spoons?
These spoons are made from leaves that naturally shed from Areca Palm Trees, found in Southern India. When we say naturally shed, this means that no trees are ever cut, and no leaves are ever removed. Once the palm leaves are shed from the tree, they are then collected, sorted, and cleaned. There are no chemicals or additives used in the entire manufacturing process.

Once cleaned, the palm leaves are then hand-stretched and flattened out. Multiple plates, bowls, and spoons can be made from a single areca palm leaf - this means hardly any waste.
When you are done with them, they can be composted and are fully biodegradable, so they go back into the earth where they first started. The final result is a refined yet earthy work of nature that will compliment any meal. These are perfect for your parties, gatherings and get-togethers.
